Medical Student Scholarly Activities

Welcome Students!

Medical students are encouraged to participate in research by contacting Drs. Diaz or Frugoli to join an existing resident and/or faculty team in an area of interest to them.  As part of a CMH research team, medical students may assist with data collection, literature review, or other parts of a study or case report.
Medical students accessing PHI need to be included in research proposals and on the IRB application and must sign off with the Principal Investigator (PI) prior to leaving the study. Due to their relatively short tenure at CMHS, medical students should consider their availability when evaluating the type of
research in which they wish to participate.

This page is to introduce you to the concepts and supports to assist with your scholarly activities.
